John Hancock has been making wine since the early 70s when he began in Australia. After moving to New Zealand and working in a few top operations in the 80s he founded Trinity Hill, one of New Zealand's most iconic brands. He has recently left T Hill to begin his own brand with his sons appropriately named, 'Hancock and Sons'.
